Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.. We accept returns within FIVE (5) days from date of purchase on your receipt and meets all criteria listed.
Once items are received, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed in the form of store credit. Items must be unwashed, unworn, smell free and original tags still attached to be accepted for a full refund. If tags are not attached, item cannot be returned. All custom, sale items, accessories, shoes, are considered final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
